Athlete Rebound Group is a weekly group for student-athletes to support each other in coping with the pressure and emotions related to their injury. This is a space to work on rebuilding your mind, body, and spirit, as you heal and focus on your holistic self and well-being.
Co-facilitators: Dr. Sudha Wadhwani (CAPS) & Dr. Laura Quiros (Social Work and Child Advocacy)
Time: Mondays, 1-2pm
