DIVERSITY EDUCATION WORKSHOP FOR STAFF AND ADMINISTRATORS

Dr. Quiros will tailor a program specific for the Siena community, building on the 2021 workshops

facilitated by Matt Grimes ’12 and with consideration for a primary objective in our new Strategic Plan:

Build a diverse, equitable, and inclusive community where everyone is respected and included,

experiences a genuine sense of belonging, and can reach their full potential.

The workshop is inspired by President Gibson’s call to provide diversity education programming for staff

and administrators – which is one of the president’s 11 areas requiring our focus to advance meaningful

progress toward strengthening the bonds of racial justice at Siena.
