“Positively Disrupting Implicit Bias” training was a success!

I am thrilled to share the impactful results from our recent “Positively Disrupting Implicit Bias” training for mental health crisis workers across New York State! This training equipped participants with practical tools to identify and challenge unconscious biases, empowering them to deliver more equitable and compassionate care. The energy and engagement were fantastic, reflecting the commitment of our crisis workers in fostering a more inclusive environment for all. Overall, we had 700 attendees with over 100 post session views. A big thank you to everyone who participated! Let’s keep the momentum going as we work together to positively disrupt and reshape the future of mental health care in our communities. Please keep a look out for part two in the series, which will be provided at the end of this year!
