Recently, I had the opportunity to be a guest on a podcast for Collaborative Coaching. An organization dedicated to an ongoing commitment and practice to how we show up to our work and relationships as well as readiness to work through interpersonal challenges with vulnerability and honesty. My podcast explored the challenges of conscious collaboration in the face of difference. As I stated in my talk, “as a bi-racial and bicultural woman, conscious collaboration is not a choice.” My approach, as discussed, is a facilitated opportunity to understand personal and organizational power and how to make changes.
I invite you to not only listen to my segment, but subscribe to the Collaborative Coaching newsletter. This dynamic team of experts will help move you to a truly authentic place of being, both personally and professionally.
This podcast explores perspectives on what enables conscious collaboration in a given context or field. In this episode, Yael and Dr. Laura Quiros discuss what conscious collaboration involves vis-a-vis not just work style differences but in the face of more fundamental differences of race or gender.
